    From I-91: Exit 35B, Rte 218 West towards Bloomfield. Travel Route 218 West approximately four miles, passing a major shopping center on the left, over railroad tracks, to the junction of routes 218 and 189. Take a left onto Bloomfield Avenue (Route 189) and proceed to the University of Hartford entrance two miles on the left.

    From I-84: Exit 44. If westbound, turn right at the end of the ramp and then at the next traffic light, take a left onto Prospect Avenue (north). If eastbound, bear left at the stop sign and then at the traffic light, turn left onto Prospect Avenue (north). Follow Prospect Avenue 2.5 miles to its downhill end at the junction of Route 44. Take a right onto Albany Avenue (Route 44), followed by a quick, sharp left onto Bloomfield Avenue (Route 189 ). The campus is a half mile on the right.
